I fell into L&D (who consciously decides to go into L&D) during my first role at Prudential, which was an IT Service Desk Consultant.

During my career, I’ve worked at large and small companies and I’m now at a fantastic global technology organisation. My path has enabled me to manage functions and drive exciting projects and initiatives, and given me experience and a solid foundation in Leadership Development, L&D, HR, Talent and Change Management and Internal Communications.

I have implemented global strategies for development as well as talent approached, sourced solutions which utilise blended methods and the latest technology for leadership development and managed change for IT implementations, all which have made a difference at all of the awesome companies I have worked at.

My extensive experience in facilitation and individual coaching at Senior Management levels has lead to being asked to speak on HR topics at conferences and seminars worldwide, the most recent being at HR Vision in Amsterdam.

Now my focus in on how we as HR take advantage of the agile mindset, what it means to our employees, and how to evolve the Leadership Development experience at Signify.
